What is cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is harassing or picking on someone using an electronic device. It can also be impersonating or picking on someone online. You should always avoid a cyber bully and never be a part of cyber bullying. There can be serious punishments for cyber bullying and in some states, it's a felony. You can also be fined a lot of money. Cyber bullying can be very hurtful because it is like taking your bully home with you.
